Service Description

This consultation will include an in depth assessment including medical and social history, food and nutrient intake, and what brought you in. We'll discuss your overall goals and set the framework for our time working together. Medical Nutrition Therapy can be provided but not limited to the following health conditions: heart disease, diabetes, cancer, kidney disease, and digestive disorders.
